b.1944 – d.2019 Reykjavik, Iceland. Her watercolours, oil paintings and hand-made etchings are often inspired by her childhood in Iceland.
Her grandfather’s hotel in Reykjavik has provided a wealth of imagery. In some works she created a world of her own with imagined people in strange situations. Her work contains a wry humour that enhances the surreal and timeless qualities she creates when dealing with her favourite topic, people.

You can choose any work with a retail price between £250 and £25,000 from our great selection of prints, paintings, ceramics, sculpture, glass and wood. It is not possible to buy gift vouchers with the Own Art Scheme.
You can borrow from as little as £250 up to a maximum of £25,000 . We then spread the cost of your purchase over 10 months with an interest free loan. For instance, if you buy a painting from us that costs £300 through the own art scheme, you would pay £30 in 10 monthly installments.
