Cambridge-based cheesemonger HUM-CLOSEN prepared a delicious feast in the gallery last week. We had a pleasure of trying a variety of raw cow milk and goat milk cheeses sipping a glass of wine at the same time. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to this year’s festive season.
