Fiona Watson

Fiona Watson was born in Canada in 1952.

She studied Biological Sciences at Leicester University and now lives and works in Glasgow.

Her hand-made prints are inspired by Eastern mysticism and symbolism. She often uses organic and mineral forms such as flowers and pebbles to suggest spiritual thoughts and feelings.

She has received awards and commissions including the University of Strathclyde Prize for Printmaking and the Napier University 2001 Print Portfolio award.

Her work has featured in numerous exhibitions throughout the U.K.
