Trevor Price

Trevor Price was born in Cornwall in 1966.

He studied Fine Art at Winchester School of Art after his Foundation Course at Falmouth School of Art.

Since then he has divided his time between studios in London and St. Ives, generating a substantial following.

Although Price describes himself as an artist/printmaker it is more recently that he has dedicated his time to painting.

Full of subtle - and not so subtle - sexual references, Price's paintings are full of the joys of life and evoke the intimacy and ecstasy we can all relate to at some point in our time. Naked couples can be seen drinking tea at a kitchen table, relaxing on a sofa, or perhaps racing through a jungle in a crazy spontaneous moment.

These paintings take as their reference the excitement and challenges of a relationship, with the artistic influences of Picasso, Henri Rousseau and Frida Kahlo.

Prices range from: £595-£2250
